We assume the overall obligation to identify candidates deemed suitable by the client.

The PFHI Group has managed searches for Fortune 500 companies nationally and tech startups in Silicon Valley. In addition, The PFHI Group recruits executive search consultants who possess targeted industry experience, team management skills, and technical or functional expertise whose placements have a positive impact on the future of our client companies. Our consultants possess detailed knowledge of particular geographic areas, industries and functions. Our internal network enables each consultant to access valuable information from other professionals in the firm. Our consultants gain additional support from a research team that accesses and analyzes the vast information garnered from The PFHI Group’s proprietary database.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

D'Ana brings over 13 years’ experience as a full life-cycle recruiter in IT, Healthcare, Engineering, Financial Services, Legal, and Non-Profit Institutions. D'Ana prides herself on being a strategic talent acquisition consultant building a repertoire with C- suite business and technical executives. She provides service and market expertise to solve challenging hiring efforts for our clients.

Carolyn is a skilled Senior Leader of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion. Her strategic and innovative leadership facilitating organizations DEI initiatives will drive PFHI Group’s workplace unconscious bias trainings and operational implementations to an effective practice. Carolyn will be a keynote speaker and visionary voice introducing PFHI Group’s improvement of DEI&B workplace etiquettes and practices. Carolyn has over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership and 7 years of experience in the DEI space. Also, Carolyn has worked in the Not-for-profit space in the University Heath care systems and is well known and respected in the DEI community.
